At 16 Stones Construction, our small, dedicated team works closely together to bring each project from vision to completion. With complementary strengths and a shared commitment to quality, we keep communication personal, projects organized, and homeowners informed and supported every step of the way.
Owner & General Contractor
Rebecca Wharton
Leads all construction projects and oversees job site quality, safety, and execution. Rebecca is deeply involved in every build, making final decisions while building strong relationships through her care, communication, and commitment to quality.
Operations and Marketing Coordinator
Melanie Griffiths
Manages scheduling, billing, project organization, marketing, branding, and communication. With a thoughtful, creative, and detail-oriented approach, she keeps projects running smoothly while ensuring the company presents itself professionally and connects warmly with clients.
16 Stones was founded by Sean Wharton with a vision to build something lasting for his family and community through hard work, craftsmanship, and integrity. His passion for creating quality homes and meaningful relationships became the foundation of the company.
Following Sean’s recent passing, his legacy continues through Rebecca Wharton and the dedicated 16 Stones team, who remain committed to carrying forward the values, vision, and excellence he inspired from the very beginning.
